Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pastries, we are unable to accept physical returns once a product has left our bakery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately upon arrival to help our team assess the damage or error.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund, reshipment, or digital gift card.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, your replacement will be prioritized for the next bake cycle or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
